I have over a decade of experience turning emerging technologies into meaningful, intuitive experiences. My work spans mixed reality prototypes, accessibility features, collaboration platforms, AI developer tools, and video games—shaped by diverse environments including defense, R&D labs, big tech, and the game industry.

I bring a deep curiosity and systems-thinking mindset to every challenge and work best in collaborative environments. Whether leading a multidisciplinary team or contributing as a hands-on designer, I value open communication, shared problem-solving, and building strong relationships across roles. I believe good design happens when everyone’s ideas are heard and respected.

My Experience

    • Simplified user experience for AI Foundry, Microsoft’s generative AI development platform, by designing an AI chat agent to assist users, answer questions and perform tasks on their behalf. 

    • Managed tight deadlines and navigated ambiguity to create several playgrounds for developers to experiment with the latest models and tools from partners such as OpenAI, Meta, Deepseek and others on AI Foundry. 

    • Maintained AI platform team’s design system in Figma, increasing team’s overall efficiency and bringing consumer grade UI to enterprise grade customers.

    • Led end-to-end UX design for integrating Mesh immersive experiences within Microsoft Teams, working closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to develop and document user flows in Figma. 

    • Reinvented VR interaction systems for Microsoft Mesh to support controller-free inputs on Meta quest headsets by prototyping hand tracking systems using C# in Unity. 

    • Led design efforts for innovative Mixed Reality accessibility features, such as 3D high-contrast filters, voice commands, 3D screen reading and spatial captions, expanding opportunities for users with disabilities. 

    • Collaborated with partners from Xbox, Unity and Meta to impact immersive accessibility on an industry scale.

    • Improved touch-screen interactions and UI for Windows Magnifier to enhance accessibility in Surface devices.

    • Inventor on Microsoft US Patent Publication 2024/0118785 A1, which includes novel designs for interacting with complex 3D scenes via simple 2D interaction models.

    • Led and grew a team by hiring and mentoring staff, fostering a collaborative and inclusive work environment.

    • Designed and developed a top-down adventure game using Godot game engine with gameplay and narrative mechanics deeply rooted in educational concepts to promote STEM careers to underrepresented communities.

    • Effectively communicated project updates to high-level stakeholders, securing ongoing project funding and support through clear presentations.

    • Independently designed and developed a 3D Platformer game using Blueprints and C++ in Unreal Engine.

    • Created immersive game levels, a polished player controller and diverse enemy mechanics.

    • Designed custom websites, logos, and illustrations, helping businesses increase brand recognition.
